Installation of provia door
I was having problems with the door closing and sealing properly.
ProVia sent me a latch plate kit to help with making adjustments to the door. The kit took care of the problem.

A $10,000 door that will not dead bolt. Installer said its a door problem, Provia said it is the installers problem.
Won't dead bolt. Provia said it is the installers problem, installer blames it on Provia.
DO NOT buy any Provia products, they provide NO service on their products. I have a $10,000 door that I can not get fixed

CHANGE IN GLASS
BUYER BEWARE! PROVIA NOW PAINTS THE GLASS ON ITS CRAFTSMAN DOORS.
IT'S NO LONGER TRUE TRANSLUCENT STAINED GLASS.
THE COLORS ARE OPAQUE BECAUSE THEY ARE PAINTED. BUYERS LIKE ME FEEL IT LOOKS CHEAP FOR AN EXPENSIVE DOOR.

Storm Door
The door has been an issue from day one. It doesnt close.
The screen buckles when you open the window attachment. Purchased from Renewal by Anderson Mike Noel Cranford , NJ. Lost 4 days pay due to service calls.
Today they came and its worse. Dog almost died because door doesnt shut.

My review is that the product Sucks, and since your company doesn’t have a call back number, I sent my cancellation request and hopefully your company received it.
The product did not perform as advertised. I requested a refund and canceled request for the product. I Wish not to be charged for Any future purchase.

i bought two french storm doors and two single storm doors. i received two french doors and one single and the other single door was half a french door i was able to use the door but the is no z-bar. i called the company i bought it from after 8 days they told me that provia told them they had more problems to worry about then correcting a past mix up

Yah they have more problems to worry about like their Aries window series having factory built in leaking issues that they like to push over on their installers The entry door systems adjustable strike plate that doesn’t stay in place no matter how tight you drive the screws I have installed many of Provias products and they are all low end quality products with church clothes to dress them up and unique little features that make it an installers only fix

No contact is the problem ,not able to conceal orders or turn off the auto refill .
Enough already , need to find out who is selling and canceal the auto refill please.

Poor Quality
Had 11 windows and a sliding glass door installed April 21, waited a year to be installed, then once installed we noticed a fog and smears in between the glass, when the sun hits the glass it looks awful and there is nothing you can do. Called provia and a sales rep was to come and look at the problem have called numerous times and getting the BS job from them.Go Do not

Provia doesn’t install sir. Certified Dealers is the way to go because there techs are trained on proper windows installs.
You must have used a contractor or a handyman to install.
Provia replaced 3 fogging sashes for me after 16 years and no charge. I’m not sure the info your sharing is on point

I will not pay $1 to get an answer to my question. You sell this product and I need to pay $1 to get information this this product. That is stupid.
